How do I restore my Vaio laptop to factory settings without a disk?

I restore my Vaio laptop, but I not hard. I knew I had to make my own when I got it. Is there a site or something I can get software for that? I really do not want buy a new disk whereas XP comes with the computer program.

stop your model and restart it when the logo is displayed Press ALT and F11, and the diagnosis system must occur. then select Restore and follow the steps. U May want to do after u understood how to XP disk and erase all memory.
