What is a good sub £ 4 laptop with HDMI and HD 1080 video support?

I want a smaller laptop, maybe a netbook. Always not entirely sure what the difference. Less than 13 "screen. Difficulty narrowing options. I would have preferred 1.6Ghz + processor too. So small, powerful, high definition, HDMI port, light, less than $ 1000, suggestions?
